- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to make the glaze.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously brush the glaze over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
- For a crispier glaze, you can broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, watching closely to prevent burning.
- If you prefer a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
- This recipe can be easily doubled to serve a larger crowd.
- Ensure your salmon is fresh for the best flavor.
