Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, honey, and lemon juice. Stir well.
