Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until golden-brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and make the sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and adding paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then return the chicken to the skillet.
