Description

Classic deviled eggs, a perfect no-bake appetizer for Thanksgiving. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain eggs and rinse with cold water. Peel and cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and mash them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  7. Garnish with paprika.

Notes

  • For a creamier filling, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • You can add chopped chives or bacon bits for extra flavor.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve.
