Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs.
- Stir in cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk and add 1/2 cup of sugar.
- If you don’t have fresh spices, you can use 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice.
- Chill the pie for at least 2 hours before serving for best results.
