Instructions
- Spread popped popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add vegetable oil if needed to thin the chocolate.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate evenly over the popcorn.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the chocolate-coated popcorn.
- Let the popcorn set until the chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes at room temperature or 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Break apart and serve.
