Description
Simple and delicious apple cinnamon Greek yogurt muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugars, egg, yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
- Fold in diced apple.
- Fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped nuts.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
