These apple cinnamon oat muffins are a healthy and delicious breakfast option.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 apple, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
