  • Pie crust (1, pre-made or homemade)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss apples with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Make crumble topping: combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, and oats.
  4. Press pie crust into a pie plate.
  5. Pour apple mixture into the crust.
  6. Sprinkle crumble topping over apples.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown.
