These delicious banana almond oat muffins are a healthy and satisfying breakfast option.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add the oats, almond milk, almond butter, chopped almonds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
