Description
Make delicious and healthy banana oat breakfast muffins. They are perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, milk, egg, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into muffin liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
