Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, berries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in any desired toppings.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
