Make delicious and healthy banana oatmeal yogurt muffins for breakfast. They’re perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, milk, egg, and sweetener.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before eating.
