  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions
