Delicious and easy banana yogurt chocolate chip muffin tops.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugars and melted butter.
  4. Add egg, banana, yogurt, and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon batter onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  9. Let cool.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • You can use different types of chocolate chips.
