Description
Delicious and easy banana yogurt chocolate chip muffin tops.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugars and melted butter.
- Add egg, banana, yogurt, and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
- Let cool.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- You can use different types of chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
