Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, honey, and egg.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
