Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, honey, and egg.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
