Delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers recipe.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Place chicken cubes in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the sriracha to control the spice level.
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or cilantro.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can bake the skewers in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
