Easy and delicious Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats. Prepare this no-cook breakfast the night before for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: more blueberries, chopped nuts, a drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
- In the morning, stir the oats.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
