Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- You can substitute frozen blueberries.
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
