Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix in melted butter.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
