These blueberry yogurt protein muffin bites are a healthy and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
