Description

These blueberry yogurt protein muffin bites are a healthy and delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Fill muffin tin cups.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
