Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine oats, yogurt, blueberries, honey, and chia seeds.
- Press the mixture into a baking dish.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into bars and enjoy.
