Description

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets – 2 cups

  • Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
  • Red pepper flakes – a pinch (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Steam or boil broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  3. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked broccoli to the pan.
