Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, seeds, extra banana slices
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Stir well to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- In the morning, stir again.
- Add toppings if desired.
