Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound pasta, your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and onion until softened. Add garlic.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Add shrimp and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
