Delicious and easy cheesy garlic pull-apart bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread horizontally and vertically, creating a grid pattern, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture into the bread slices.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese between the slices.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes to brown the top.
  9. Serve immediately.
