Description

Ingredients
- Pasta (8 oz)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
- Flour (2 tbsp)
- Milk (2 cups)
- Shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce. Toss to coat.
