A delicious and easy Chicken Parmesan Pasta recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs.
- Dip chicken in egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken until golden brown.
- Add marinara sauce and simmer.
- Mix cooked pasta with sauce and chicken.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.

- You can use store-bought or homemade marinara sauce.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
