A flavorful and easy Chimichurri Garlic Shrimp Skillet recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chimichurri sauce
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in chimichurri sauce and spinach.
- Cook until spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
