  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร—5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar, egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and orange zest.
