Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell pepper to the pan. Cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
- Return chicken to the pan. Heat through.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
