Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion to the bowl.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
