This recipe is for a creamy and delicious pasta dish with three types of cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, and feta cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use any type of pasta you like.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, such as spinach or mushrooms.
