A refreshing and easy creamy ranch pasta salad perfect for picnics and summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken or chickpeas (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and milk.
- Add pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the dressing.
- Stir to combine.
- Add chicken or chickpeas, if using.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery.
- For a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
