Description
This creamy sun-dried tomato pasta is simple and delicious.
Ingredients
- Pasta (8 oz)
- Sun-dried tomatoes (1/2 cup)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, sauté minced garlic in olive oil.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sun-dried tomatoes to your preference.
- You can add cooked chicken or shrimp.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
