Ingredients

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Honey: 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture on the chicken.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- While chicken bakes, make the glaze.
