- Caesar salad dressing (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool.
- Cut or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
