Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.

- Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

- Cook chicken until golden and crispy.
- Slice tomatoes and red onion.
- Toss tomatoes, onion, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season salad with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken with tomato salad.
