Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, lime wedges
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet with the beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro and green onions.
- Serve hot, with optional toppings if desired.
