Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, lime wedges


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
