Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add sausage slices to the pan.
- Mix honey and soy sauce, drizzle over ingredients.
- Roast for another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
