Description
Make a delicious and healthy crispy sriracha chicken cabbage bowl. It’s packed with flavor and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and crispy.
- Add the sriracha sauce to the skillet and toss to coat the chicken.
- In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
- Top the cabbage mixture with the chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
