Ingredients
- Strawberries: 1 pound, hulled and sliced
- Rhubarb: 1 pound, sliced
- Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Rolled oats: 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
- Cold unsalted butter: 1/2 cup, cubed
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
