Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Do not overmix.
