Ingredients
- 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 pound high-quality cocktail sausages
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the dough sheet and spread the garlic herb butter evenly over it.
- Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.
- Wrap each sausage with a dough strip.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
