  • 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated seamless dough sheet
  • 1 pound high-quality cocktail sausages
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the dough sheet and spread the garlic herb butter evenly over it.
  4. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.
