A quick and delicious stir-fry with shrimp, garlic, and ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp in soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  3. Stir-fry garlic and ginger.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli.
  6. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve over rice.
