Description
A quick and delicious stir-fry with shrimp, garlic, and ginger.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli.
- Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice.
