Description
These Garlic Herb Rotisserie Chicken Skewers are packed with flavor. Tender chicken is marinated and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use dried herbs if you don’t have fresh. Use 1 teaspoon of each dried herb.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after grilling.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
