Delicious garlic parmesan chicken meatballs, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can make these ahead of time and reheat.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
