Description
This Greek Yogurt Banana Bread is moist and delicious. It’s easy to make and stays fresh for days.
Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts.
