Description
A simple and satisfying casserole with ground beef, potatoes, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Add potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
