Description
A healthy and delicious pasta dish featuring ground turkey, kale, and a light sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces pasta
- 5 cups chopped kale
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Add kale and chicken broth to the turkey mixture. Cook until kale wilts.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
- Combine pasta and turkey kale mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- You can substitute ground chicken or beef.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers.
