Ingredients
- Chicken breast (1 lb)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Pineapple chunks (1 cup)
- Red bell pepper (1, chopped)
- Green bell pepper (1, chopped)
- Onion (1/2, chopped)
- Cooked rice (2 cups)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and honey.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken until done.
- Add pineapple and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
