Ingredients
- Watermelon: 4 cups, cubed
- Gelatin Powder: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Blend watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Pour the watermelon juice into a saucepan.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or a dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding a touch of honey or maple syrup if desired.
